Job Description

 A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join its Registered Office team in the Cayman Islands. The role will manage a diverse portfolio of Cayman entities, overseeing incorporations, client onboarding and ongoing corporate administration while ensuring high standards of regulatory compliance, accuracy and client service.

Acting as a key client contact, the successful candidate will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to coordinate transactions, statutory filings, corporate documentation and client requirements. The role will also support business development, billing and collections, while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and the overall client experience.

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Cayman corporate administrator with strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage complex client relationships while mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the wider team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate Administration with a recognized financial services provider preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good understanding of the applicable statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements, such as AML.
• Proactive, responsive, professional and client focused with strong organizational skills and an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Positivity with the ability to build effective, professional and trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
