Support AR Triangular Flows & Senior Gl Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Triangular Flows & Senior GL Accountant to help our financial accounting team. In this role, you will provide support to our main entities and act as backup of our Triangular flows lead. You will have to ensure accounting data accuracy, compliance, and support the team to deliver our financial statements on time.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in accounting. The group is using M3 (Infor) as ERP and Oracle FCCS reporting tools. Beyond managing day-to-day activities under deadlines, you need to be part of our culture of continuous improvement (harmonize, simplify, and optimize our processes) in line with the Group objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and advise on HQ AR activities, primarily in collaboration with external shared services, and act as the backup for the AR Triangular Flows Lead.
• Act as a key link between Tax, Supply Chain, Customer Services and IT regarding triangular flows, and support the implementation of new flows in the ERP.
• Support the delivery of accounting reporting packages under IFRS, in line with the Global reporting calendar and Group guidelines, including the review of account reconciliations.
• Provide GL accounting support across several entities and participate in internal and external audits throughout the year.
• Promote adherence to global SOPs, finance processes and internal controls, identifying issues and supporting corrective actions to ensure data quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, Reporting and VAT.
• Experience working in a multinational environment and/or shared services model.
• Good knowledge of IFRS.
• Strong accounting and process expertise, with the ability to identify and resolve process, data, system or organizational issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders, remain calm under pressure, and guide colleagues when needed.
