We’re growing our creative team in Melbourne and are on the lookout for a Senior Art Director and a Senior Copywriter who thrive on collaboration, craft excellence, and big thinking.

These roles are designed to operate as a core creative partnership, and we welcome applicants who either:

• apply as an existing creative duo (Senior Art Director + Senior Copywriter), or
• apply individually if you don’t currently have a partner — we’ll help create the right pairing internally.

Whether you come as a team or solo, what matters most is your conceptual strength, collaborative spirit, and ambition to produce outstanding creative work.

What you’ll do

• Develop integrated creative ideas that are strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and beautifully crafted.
• Shape work end‑to‑end in partnership with a Senior Art Director/Senior Copywriter and collaborate cross‑functionally across the agency.
• Present your thinking confidently to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior creatives and contribute to the Creative team culture.
• Bring strong knowledge of the digital landscape, creative platforms, and emerging cultural opportunities.
• Participate in pitches, award submissions, and agency‑wide initiatives.

What you’ll bring

For both roles

• 5–7+ years' experience in creative agencies.
• A portfolio showcasing conceptual strength and integrated campaign craft.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for elevating creative work.

If you’re a Senior Art Director

• Exceptional visual design and art direction capability.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
• Ability to elevate the aesthetic and visual coherence of ideas.

If you’re a Senior Copywriter

• Outstanding writing and storytelling craft across formats.
• Ability to define tone‑of‑voice, build narratives, and simplify complexity.
• Strength in shaping compelling, culturally fluent brand messaging.
