
The Senior Coordinator -Talent Program Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational execution of corporate leadership development and talent management initiatives. This role involves managing program logistics, conducting rigorous reporting and data analysis to drive informed decision-making, and contributing to the research, design, and delivery of high-impact learning content. This role operates in a global context and requires flexibility to support programs and stakeholders across various time zones in a remote or hybrid setting,with a small set of core working hours that accommodate collaboration across North America and Europe.
