In India, our smartphone-based digital work platform has enabled over 120,000 people to build language datasets and evaluate AI models while earning fair wages. As a Senior Coordinator in the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a purpose-driven, high-performing organisation. They will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent across diverse teams-from technology and engineering, to operations and delivery, to specialised leadership roles that drive Karya’s mission and growth.
While hiring will be the core responsibility, you must also be comfortable taking on projects beyond Talent Acquisition when needed, contributing to broader people initiatives and organisational priorities with agility and ownership.
