What you'll do:
Evaluate government payer support programs to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
Analyze contract requirements to identify necessary system or operational changes and develop action plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review contracts and advise on implementation strategies.
Communicate and present information effectively to internal and external partners.
Monitor program data and forecasts to assess contract feasibility and recommend improvements.
Support execution of business solutions by building partnerships and addressing organizational needs.
Model compliance with policies and uphold ethical standards in all activities.
Foster positive relationships and contribute to team development through coaching and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
