Job Description

As a Senior Coordinator in the Inland Delivery Team you will be the central hub for import activities, linking Inland Delivery, Customer Service and Documentation. You will work closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to guarantee flawless execution of transport orders, accurate invoicing and continuous process improvement within a dynamic, digital‑focused environment.

• Organize and coordinate import activities across Inland Delivery, Customer Service and Documentation to ensure smooth execution of transport orders
• Resolve operational issues in close cooperation with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Manage an assigned customer portfolio, building trust and adapting solutions to customer needs
• Handle daily calls and e‑mails while delivering outstanding customer service
• Plan, order and oversee inland operations in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all inland deliveries
• Address operational and invoice‑related disputes, identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management with internal departments and external partners
• Several years of experience in liner shipping, logistics, forwarding or transportation operations with a solid understanding of inland transportation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset; able to identify root causes and develop pragmatic solutions
• Proactive, structured, self‑motivated with a high level of ownership and the ability to work independently
• Strong interest in process optimisation, automation and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable working with internal and external partners
• Ability to balance operational duties with tactical improvement initiatives and manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
