
The Senior Coordinator, Design Operations is essential in managing and supporting Global Design studio processes, ensuring effective and consistent project logistics across teams. They are responsible for maintaining data integrity and generating insightful reports. This role involves managing project management platforms and databases, leveraging data to drive strategic improvements. The role collaborates with associates at all levels to enforce accountability and upholds high standards of professionalism. Additionally, they play a crucial role in organizing and supporting team events, combining their organizational and logistical skills with a spirit of hospitality.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
• 4-year undergraduate degree in business or related discipline
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and logistical planning skills and a hospitality mindset.
Preferred
• Experience using Salesforce
• Proficient using Microsoft 365 suite of programs
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
• Manage critical department processes (e.g., HDC, renovation compliance, etc.)
• Maintains systems, dashboards, and reports (e.g., Oasis, Lobo, etc.)
• Monitors large volumes of data in support of project performance, programs, and business initiatives.
• Drives team compliance with department policies for file management, project milestone tracking, and data accuracy.
• Administers key department programs (e.g., recommended consultant programs, PIPs, technology logistics.)
• Influences and drive accountability with associates at all levels, including more senior associates.
• Prepares and facilitates project process and performance meetings, directly supporting studio leader (e.g. Oasis milestone updates)
• Identifies and initiates process improvement proactively.
• Activates data to identify opportunities and inform process strategies.
• Exhibits high degree of professionalism and judgment representing Global Design in interactions with owners and other departments
• Trains and onboards new associates on project and data processes and protocols.
• Plans and supports studio project meetings and events (e.g., owner visits, vendor visits, project kick-offs, team events, etc.)
• Performs other duties as assigned
