   • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
   • Optimize capital allocation and manage financial risk effectively.

3. Financial Oversight & Reporting:

   • Lead the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and GAAP standards.

4. Internal Controls & Systems:

   • Foster a culture of strong internal controls.
   • Optimize financial processes and leverage technology for operational efficiency.

5. Analysis & Insights:

   • Provide insightful financial analysis, data-driven recommendations, and strategic guidance.
   • Raise equity and debt for new projects and development strategies.

6. Partnership & Collaboration:

   • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and joint venture partners.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in real estate finance or related fields.
• Proven success in raising equity and debt capital for real estate projects.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skills.
• Proficient in accounting and financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
