You will partner with teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Product, Security, IT, and People to move business forward, manage renewals and contract obligations, and provide practical guidance consistent with Aravo's policies and risk standards.
Key Responsibilities:

· Manage vendor contracts and software subscription renewals, coordinating with business owners on notice dates, pricing, renewal or termination decisions, contract obligations, and required approvals.
· Support all business functions with clear, practical guidance on contract terms, risk, approval requirements, and negotiation strategy.
· Negotiate customer and partner agreements while balancing legal and business risk with revenue goals and operational realities.
· Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Security, IT, Privacy, and People on cross-functional contract matters.
· Manage multiple active matters with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail, while keeping stakeholders informed of status and next steps.
· Apply contracting playbooks, approval frameworks, clause libraries, templates, and escalation paths consistently, and recommend improvements as business needs evolve.
· Use legal technology, including DraftPilot as an AI-powered legal tool, to improve contract review efficiency and consistency while maintaining appropriate professional judgment.
· Maintain contract records and support lifecycle management, renewal tracking, reporting, and process improvements across the company's contract portfolio.
· Monitor relevant legal and market developments affecting enterprise SaaS transactions and translate them into practical updates to templates, guidance, and business practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree required; a JD or other advanced legal qualification is strongly preferred.
· Seven or more years of progressively responsible commercial or corporate contracting experience supporting multiple business functions, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or technology company.
· Experience with customer SaaS agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, marketing agreements, professional services, software subscriptions, and renewals.
· Strong working knowledge of core contract issues, including intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability, data privacy, security, service levels, and implementation services.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a varied, high-volume workload with accuracy and sound judgment.
· A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality internal client service.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in a fast-growing enterprise software or technology company with a global customer base.
· Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms, electronic signature tools, and modern legal operations practices.
