The Senior Contracts Manager (Regulatory) plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management and regulatory compliance of the project’s commercial framework throughout the HTP Delivery Phase. This includes overseeing the implementation and ongoing administration of the AER revenue determination, driving regulatory compliance, and integrating regulatory requirements into project delivery to support financial certainty and alignment across commercial and finance functions.

About You

  • Extensive experience in contract management or regulatory compliance within infrastructure, utilities, or major projects
  • Demonstrated capability in leading teams in complex regulatory environments, ideally within the energy or transmission sector
  • Strong commercial acumen, with knowledge of revenue determination processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g. EII Act) preferable
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
  • Highly developed analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
