About the Role

The Delivery Contract Claims Manager will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Hunter Transmission Project (HTP) through the management of claims, disputes, variations, and adjustment events across the delivery contract scope. Reporting to the Claims Lead, you will work closely with project, commercial, legal, and contractor teams to assess contractual matters, manage commercial risk, and support the delivery of timely and commercially sound outcomes across a complex major infrastructure project. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and will be based in Ultimo, NSW.

About You

  • Significant experience in claims management, contract administration, or commercial management within major infrastructure, utilities, construction, or EPC project environments
  • Strong understanding of claims, disputes, variation management, and adjustment event processes under large-scale delivery contracts
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse complex contractual and commercial issues and provide clear, practical recommendations
  • Proven capability preparing high-quality claims documentation, commercial submissions, reports, and supporting negotiation activities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.
