We are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to support the business across a wide range of contract activities and drive best practice in contract lifecycle management.
This role will play a key part in managing contract processes, optimising systems (including Agiloft), and enabling teams to work efficiently and compliantly.
Requirements
· Manage and review a wide range of commercial contracts (e.g. MSAs, SoWs, NDAs, supplier agreements)
· Own and optimise the Agiloft contract lifecycle management system
· Support stakeholders with contract templates and negotiation processes
· Deliver training and guidance to improve contract knowledge and adoption
· Monitor contract performance, risks, and compliance through reporting and insights
· Maintain contract templates, workflows, and approval processes
· Drive continuous improvement in contract processes, including use of automation and AI
· Proven experience drafting and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts independently
· Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
· Experience working with CLM systems (Agiloft preferred)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage complexity, prioritise effectively, and work collaboratively
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
