As a Senior Contract Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in safeguarding contract integrity, strengthening government relationships, and enabling our teams to deliver meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in contract interpretation and risk management while supporting decisions that enhance service delivery and contribute to positive outcomes for the communities we serve.

ABOUT THE JOB
Based at THQ Blackburn office, your role will include:
• Manage Contract Management relationships with key external representatives (particularly from the Account and Contract Management teams) within the relevant government departments.
• Managing completion of Program Assurance and audit activities to ensure that all requirements are met and reduce recoveries.
• Providing a second level of contractual advice to internal staff on contractual, policy and system questions to support service delivery and optimise revenue.
• Making critical decisions on complect contractual issues and problems.
• Providing contractual advice to senior managers to inform organisational strategies and plans.
• Maintaining a knowledgebase of responses and transferring the knowledge to staff to ensure contractual compliance.
• Analysing contractual information in deeds and guidelines and communicating accurate information to staff at all levels to support service delivery.
• Responsible for writing and distributing the organisation’s key contractual messages.
• Recording of issues that arise from department audit, correspondence and internal queries.


ABOUT YOU
• Demonstrated experience in Employment Services (essential)
• Contract management experience in a highly compliant environment (essential), with Employment Services contract experience preferred
• Relationship management building and leveraging strong outcome focused relationships with all stakeholders which provide a positive impact on the business and its customers and staff;
• Operating within agreed performance indicators and measures, and contributing to the overall performance through the achievement of targets;
• Developing, implementing and evaluating Service Delivery Programs and Training Packages;
• Planning, setting priorities and making sound judgements within parameters and area of responsibility;
• Thinking creatively, pursuing innovative solutions, and delivering results within a rigorous compliance framework;
• Methodical and analytical approach to conducting research, evaluation and development;
• Undertaking research and conducting investigations;
• High level of communication, negotiation skills (written, verbal and interpersonal);
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Adobe & Outlook.

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
