CONTEXTE DE LA MISSION

Dans le cadre de projets EPC internationaux de grande envergure, représentant des investissements allant de 50 MUSD à 3 milliards USD de CAPEX, le client recherche un(e) Senior Contract Engineer afin d'assurer le pilotage et le support des activités de Contract Engineering, Contract Administration et Claim Management.

Le poste implique une collaboration transverse avec les différentes entités internes du client (Catégories Achats, Juridique, Assurance, Entités Techniques, Projets, etc.) ainsi qu'avec les contractants externes.

Le consultant interviendra comme référent contractuel sur plusieurs projets stratégiques et pourra agir en tant que Single Point of Contact (SPOC) pour certains projets du Groupe.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

Contract Engineering et Appels d'Offres

· Assurer le pilotage des activités contractuelles et achats des projets assignés.

· Préparer, structurer et administrer les dossiers d'appels d'offres (CFT).

· Gérer les clarifications avec les soumissionnaires.

· Réaliser les évaluations contractuelles et commerciales des offres.

· Participer aux négociations et aux recommandations d'attribution.

· Accompagner les équipes projets dans l'obtention des approbations et jalons de gouvernance.

· Intervenir sur des stratégies contractuelles complexes (CCFT, OBE/OBT, FEED+, etc.).

Référent Contract Management

· Définir et harmoniser les méthodes de Contract Engineering.

· Participer au développement des outils, standards et bonnes pratiques contractuelles.

· Assurer le coaching et le support des Contract Engineers.

· Veiller au respect de la gouvernance et des processus contractuels.

· Participer aux revues projets sur les aspects contractuels.

Coordination avec le département juridique

· Maintenir une coordination étroite avec les équipes juridiques.

· Assurer la cohérence entre les besoins des projets et les exigences contractuelles.

· Participer au traitement des problématiques contractuelles complexes.

Claim Management

· Analyser les réclamations et litiges contractuels.

· Évaluer le bien-fondé des claims et contre-claims.

· Conseiller les équipes projets sur les stratégies de gestion des réclamations.

· Participer à la préparation des dossiers de règlement.

· Assister les projets dans la rédaction des courriers contractuels et notifications.

· Capitalisation et amélioration continue

· Contribuer activement au retour d'expérience (REX).

· Identifier les leçons apprises.

· Participer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques contractuelles au sein de l'organisation.

PROFIL RECHERCHE

Formation & Expérience

· Formation supérieure (Ingénieur, Master, Juridique, Commerce ou équivalent).

· Minimum 15 ans d'expérience en Contract Engineering sur projets EPC.

· Solide expérience des projets industriels internationaux.

· Expertise dans les appels d'offres et les négociations contractuelles complexes.
