In this role, you'll:


As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will drive process and capability improvements that enhance the end-to-end customer experience across large programs of work.

This role is pivotal in embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the Asset Capability & Continuous Improvement branch, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic priorities.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:


• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across asset management and service delivery functions.


• Developing frameworks, tools, and methodologies to support process optimisation and uplift.


• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.


• Monitoring performance metrics and reporting on improvement outcomes.


• Promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing across the branch.

About you


You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving change and improving business performance. You thrive in complex environments and have the ability to influence outcomes without formal authority.

Your strong analytical skills and collaborative approach enable you to deliver sustainable improvements that benefit both customers and the organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:


• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent performance data analysis experience in reliability and business improvement in complex, dynamic working environments.


• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, process optimisation, or business transformation within a large organisation.


• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.


• Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.


• Knowledge of asset management principles and experience in asset-intensive or government environments is desirable.


• A proactive mindset and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
