The Opportunity
Be a part of a global, diverse, and dynamic team leading the charge in the energy transition.
In this position, you will guide the organization in implementing the Integrated Transformer Management System (ITM) and advancing through its maturity phases, ensuring that “ITM is how we run the business.”
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will influence performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost (SQDIC), while strengthening the link between improvement actions, financial impact, and strategic deployment.
You will also promote a strong continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination and the consistent application of ITM tools, methods, and processes such as 5S, Daily Management, Standard Work, Practical Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance.
How you’ll make an impact
Deploy ITM tools, processes, and methods across the factory.
Drive progress through ITM maturity phases with consistent follow‑up.
Improve SQDIC KPIs and support integration of HSE and Quality systems into ITM.
Lead cost take‑out and productivity improvement kaizens.
Support structured problem‑solving using RCCM, A3s, and other lean techniques.
Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge transfer on ITM tools and ways of working.
Promote a coaching culture that reinforces engagement, accountability, and ownership.
Your background
5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence roles.
Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
Lean Expert, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile, or Scrum certification.
Proven ability to communicate, coach, and train at different organizational levels.
Demonstrated experience leading kaizens and lean transformations.
Solid understanding of operational KPIs and cost‑out methodologies.
