About the Role

As a Senior Bilingual Copywriter, you’ll serve as the brand’s voice and creative compass. You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the consistency of Jeeny’s communications across the Jordanian and Saudi markets, ensuring every word reflects our brand identity and purpose.

This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can develop compelling bilingual content across multiple platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and uphold Jeeny’s tone of voice across all content and communication channels.
• Lead the ideation and development of campaign messaging and creative concepts.
• Review, edit, and mentor other writers to maintain quality, consistency, and strong storytelling standards.
• Collaborate closely with brand, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints.
• Write localized, engaging, and trend-relevant content tailored to audiences in Jordan and KSA.
• Ensure all content aligns with Jeeny’s brand strategy, objectives, and regional market trends.
• Create compelling ad copy for digital campaigns, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action optimized for engagement and performance.
• Develop and refine content for both passenger and driver applications to improve user experience, engagement, and clarity.
• Write and update website content to ensure relevance, clarity, SEO alignment, and consistency with Jeeny’s tone of voice.
• Create well-researched blog entries that strengthen Jeeny’s digital presence and brand authority.
• Draft professional press releases and long-form articles in both English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and impact.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to support ideation, content research, language refinement, and workflow efficiency, while ensuring all outputs are strategically reviewed, edited, and aligned with Jeeny’s tone of voice and quality standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging content trends, platform behaviors, audience insights, and AI developments to continuously optimize creative output and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Translation, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or creative communications, preferably within marketing, advertising, or digital environments.
• Proven experience developing creative strategies and managing content projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic, including Modern Standard Arabic and the Saudi dialect.
• Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent command of language, grammar, tone adaptation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Experience writing across multiple formats including social media, campaigns, digital ads, blogs, websites, press releases, and product/app content.
• Understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and content performance best practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted writing and research tools to enhance productivity while maintaining originality, brand consistency, and editorial quality.
