
Why your role matters
The Senior Content and Engagement Officer plays a key role in shaping and delivering a dynamic and engaging digital presence for DESE. Central to the role is leading the SharePoint Development project, ensuring the platform clearly communicates the Division’s purpose, priorities and portfolio structure while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency and engagement across the University.
This position will enhance the profile and visibility of DESE by improving understanding of divisional teams, functions and services, while supporting seamless collaboration both within the Division and across the broader University community. The SharePoint platform will act as a key resource for faculties and divisions seeking to engage with DESE, providing accessible and up-to-date information on services, initiatives and current activities.
The role will also support the development of an internal-facing digital environment that empowers DESE staff through improved communication, information sharing and collaboration.
Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Senior Content and Engagement Officer operates as an individual contributor with no direct reports. The role will also work very closely with the Head of Stakeholder Relations.
