<title> About the role</title>

As a Senior Content Designer, your primary responsibility will be to design UX text and content for our digital experiences to help users navigate our products. You’ll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create user-centric in-app or web microcopy for onboarding, feature naming, checkout flows, promotions, error messages, instructional materials, and more.

You'll also contribute to our growing AI support and conversational experiences — writing and refining system prompts, designing conversation flows, and shaping the voice of AI-powered touchpoints alongside our support engineering team.

Your success in this role depends on your ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders from diverse domains and functional backgrounds to influence their strategies and decision-making processes.

Location:

This role is based in Tallinn, with relocation support available. We may also consider exceptional candidates based in Berlin or Warsaw, where parts of our Platform and Support engineering teams are located.

• <point>Designing conversational and AI-driven experiences, including writing and refining system prompts for support and in-product AI features.</point>
• <point>Conducting audits and research to identify opportunities and drive consistency across our products.</point>
• <point>Creating best-practice documentation and guidelines for product managers and designers.</point>
• <point>Staying up-to-date with the current best practices in UX content.</point>
• <point>Collaborating with user researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to grasp user needs, project requirements, and limitations.</point>

<title> About you:</title>

• <point>You have experience as a senior content designer or UX writer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and a proven track record of shipping digital products that serve millions of users.</point>
• <point>You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing samples for mobile and web platforms, including but not limited to: user interface copy, microcopy, information architecture, conversation design, direct or transactional emails, etc.</point>
• <point>Experience designing for AI-powered products (chatbots, support assistants, or LLM-based features) is a strong plus. If you have familiarity with prompt engineering and writing for conversational interfaces, you’ll be able to hit the ground running.</point>
• </point>You're an expert at using Figma, agile software like Jira and Confluence, usability testing tools, and have worked with localisation teams.</point>
• <point>You're a creative person who takes the initiative to find solutions to problems. You take ownership over your work, have exceptional collaboration skills, and have a strong record of working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders effectively.</point>
• <point>You have an outstanding command of English grammar and spelling and communicate fluently in English.</point>
