This is an exciting opportunity to join Resmed's ANZ Consumer Marketing team as a Senior Consumer Marketing Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Consumer Marketing, this role sits at the heart of Resmed's consumer growth strategy and plays a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and conversion across the retail channel.

The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. They will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels, leveraging customer insights to optimise performance and partnering closely with sales, product and retail teams to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for an experienced retail marketer with a minimum of five years' marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. This individual will combine commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of the consumer journey to influence outcomes and drive measurable results.

Experience within a brand that has evolved from a traditional B2B model to a consumer-focused B2C approach will be highly regarded, as will experience managing multiple campaigns, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Senior Consumer Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in helping Resmed achieve its ambition of becoming the consumer's first choice in sleep health across Australia and New Zealand.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities

• Execute and drive Resmed's retail marketing strategy with the goal of bringing the power of a good night's sleep to more people and supporting Resmed ANZ's ambition to become the consumer's first choice in sleep health.
• Partner closely with the Retail Sales team and Consumer Marketing Lead to champion the Resmed brand and deliver impactful campaigns that inspire consumers while achieving business objectives.
• Execute agreed strategies to deliver tangible business outcomes across conversion, revenue and market share targets.
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across paid, earned and owned channels, including media, PR, email marketing, events, visual merchandising and local area marketing initiatives.
• Build strong relationships across Resmed's store network by collaborating with State Sales Managers, Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Own the pop-up store roadmap, including planning, budgeting, execution, measurement and optimisation.
• Partner with the Product Marketing Manager ANZ to understand Resmed go-to-market plans and develop retail and consumer launch strategies for new products.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including in-store displays, digital advertising, social media, email marketing and print collateral.
• Support and engage stores with Local Area Marketing initiatives and projects.
• Analyse customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation, and use insights to inform marketing activities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication.

Required

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Design, Media or a related discipline are preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of professional marketing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in retail marketing and consumer-focused brand marketing.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies and platforms, including asset management, project management and content publishing tools.
• Experience managing budgets, invoices and campaign reporting.
• Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Sound judgement, strong commercial acumen and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working within a business transitioning from a traditional B2B model to a consumer-focused B2C approach will be highly regarded.
