We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consulting Engineer with a strong background in gas turbine design and product development.
This is an opportunity to serve as a senior technical expert, lead complex engineering initiatives, and influence the design, testing, manufacturing, and improvement of advanced technologies.
Lead design, technical, and cross-functional engineering teams
Own complex engineering and product-development projects
Lead gas turbine design and development activities
Solve complex design, manufacturing, and operational problems
Drive product testing, validation, and manufacturing readiness
Develop engineering standards, processes, and best practices
Evaluate and implement new technologies
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, testing, operations, and external partners
15+ years of professional engineering experience
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, or related field
Experience as a Design Lead, Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Project Lead
Experience owning complex engineering or product-development projects
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with product testing, validation, manufacturing, or production
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Willingness to travel occasionally
