ERP Configuration & Implementation work focuses on programming and configuration of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application that is integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an “application system”) including: •Building and developing application tables/panels/reports, and coding individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application •Integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation •Designing and developing most aspects of data conversion •Troubleshooting and resolving testing issues
Level: A Specialist Professional (P4) is a recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include: • Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. • Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals. • Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

As a member of the Workday ERP Services practice, the Senior Consultant will work closely with clients on training, workflow, process, and system improvements that support the activities performed. The Senior Consultant, supervised by Nordic Leadership, provides consulting services to clients in a project leadership capacity. This position will have the opportunity to think creatively and leverage multiple analytic methods to support the delivery of implementation services to organizations.
