Position Purpose

To support the design and implementation of organization design and operating model improvements across Acentra Health by helping define future-state roles, responsibilities, decision rights, service boundaries, and governance structures. This role supports Acentra Health’s transformation into a true global delivery organization by enabling shared services, agile ways of working, and best-practice operating models that improve clarity, scalability, and execution.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Organization Design & Operating Model Support (35%)

  • Conduct current-state assessments across functions, teams, service lines, and shared service areas.
  • Map capabilities, roles, responsibilities, decision rights, governance forums, and cross-functional handoffs.
  • Support future-state operating model design, including shared services, global delivery, and support structures.
  • Document org structures, RACI matrices, service catalogues, role profiles, and transition plans.

Transformation Analysis & Facilitation (25%)

  • Analyze business and operating pain points, duplication, bottlenecks, and gaps across teams and functions.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and build alignment.
  • Support leadership with clear options, trade-offs, and practical recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Translate business objectives into structured workplans, actions, and operating model artifacts.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Support (20%)

  • Partner with leaders across business, technology, product, program, HR, finance, and operations.
  • Prepare clear presentations, summaries, and decision support materials for leadership reviews.
  • Support adoption planning, communication needs, and readiness activities for operating model changes.
  • Assist with issue resolution and action tracking across cross-functional stakeholders.

Metrics, Documentation & Governance (10%)

  • Maintain tracking logs, meeting notes, action items, and decision records for transformation initiatives.
  • Support the definition of operating metrics, governance measures, and review cadence for assigned workstreams.
  • Create concise dashboards or updates that help leadership monitor progress and risks.
  • Ensure documentation is organized, current, and reusable for future initiatives.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Reuse (10%)

  • Capture best practices, lessons learned, and reusable templates from operating model work.
  • Support continuous improvement activities that strengthen global delivery and shared services maturity.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning, standardization, and practical execution excellence.
  • Help maintain a repository of standard artifacts for future transformation efforts.

Critical Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, or a related field with 12 - .
  • 6+ years of progressive consulting experience in organizational design, business transformation, operating model development, business analysis, or similar strategic and operational initiatives.

·Experience with a leading management consulting or professional services organization is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of organization design, operating models, shared services, governance, and role clarity.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, structure problems, and convert insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, engaging stakeholders, and supporting leadership decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with attention to detail and strong execution discipline

Technical Expertise

  • Operating model / organization design tools: RACI, role mapping, service catalogues, capability maps, and future-state design.
  • Business analysis and documentation: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Miro / Mural, and collaboration platforms.
  • Reporting and insight support: Power BI or similar dashboard tools preferred.
  • Agile and delivery tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools preferred.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Exposure to Lean, Continuous improvement, or Change management methods is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or global delivery organizations is desirable.
  • Experience in designing Product Operating Models is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.

Scope:

  • Supports leaders and transformation teams in executing enterprise priorities driven by corporate strategy.
  • Contributes to organization-wide improvements in clarity, speed, scalability, and operating discipline.
  • Independently leads assigned work packages and may coordinate small project teams or workstreams.
  • Focuses on outcomes that improve delivery effectiveness, alignment, and organizational maturity
