Position Purpose

To support enterprise transformation by leading process discovery, redesign, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives that improve how Acentra Health works across functions and programs. This role helps translate business challenges into practical process changes, standard work, and measurable improvements that support a high-performing global delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

Process Discovery & Redesign (35%)

  • Analyze current-state business processes and operating procedures, and identify pain points, manual steps, rework, delays, and control gaps.
  • Conduct process mapping, value-stream analysis, and process maturity assessments.
  • Document process changes, dependencies, and handoffs in a clear and reusable format.
  • Identify bottlenecks, control gaps, duplication, and inefficiencies.
  • Quantify process performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Design future-state processes that are simpler, more consistent, and easier to execute across teams and locations

Transformation Delivery & Continuous Improvement (25%)

  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Support transformation initiatives that improve productivity, quality, timeliness, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Maintain an improvement backlog and help prioritize work based on effort, impact, and readiness.
  • Work with teams to turn ideas into pilotable changes and sustainable operating practices.
  • Drive standardization across teams and business units.

Cross-Functional Execution & Change Support (20%)

  • Partner with business, product, program, technology, and operations teams to drive implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and reviews to align teams on process changes and next steps.
  • Support UAT, readiness, communication, and training needs for process improvements.
  • Help coordinate decisions, dependencies, and issue resolution across workstreams.

Measurement & Reporting (10%)

  • Define simple KPIs and measures that show whether process changes are improving performance.
  • Support the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and update packs for leadership review.
  • Track benefits such as cycle time reduction, error reduction, effort savings, and adoption.
  • Provide concise status reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.

Knowledge Building & Standardization (10%)

  • Capture playbooks, templates, and lessons learned so improvements can be repeated across teams.
  • Promote standard approaches, reusable artifacts, and practical continuous improvement habits.
  • Support the development of a culture of ownership, simplification, and execution excellence.
  • Contribute to building a library of process assets for future transformation work.

Critical Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive consulting experience in process design, transformation, operations improvement, consulting, or business analysis.
  • Experience with a leading management consulting or professional services organization is strongly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of process improvement, workflow design, continuous improvement, and operational problem solving.
  • Ability to analyze complex processes, identify root causes, and recommend practical simplification measures.
  • Experience supporting transformation programs, workshops, and cross-functional execution.
  • High ownership, strong prioritization, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders and workstreams

Technical Expertise

  • Process design tools: BPMN / process maps, SIPOC, value stream mapping, and standard operating procedure documentation.
  • Collaboration and documentation tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Miro / Mural, and shared workspaces.
  • Data and reporting tools: Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
  • Delivery tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms preferred.


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or shared services environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with both business and technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP, or Agile certifications are desirable

  • Supports enterprise transformation objectives that are driven by corporate strategy and business priorities.
  • Helps improve process efficiency, standardization, and service quality across programs and functions.
  • Independently manages assigned process workstreams and coordinates with other team members as needed.
  • Focuses on measurable improvements that strengthen execution discipline and operating maturity
