Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Experience Minimum 8 years
  • Education Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or
  • equivalent
  • Preferred
  • credentials TOGAF / Enterprise Architecture, AWS / Azure / GCP, ITIL or DevOps
  • Role Summary
  • Provide technology assurance, architecture governance and integration oversight across enterprise digital-
  • transformation initiatives. Ensure multi-vendor solutions are technically sound, secure, scalable, resilient,
  • supportable and aligned with enterprise architecture, while limiting fragmented point solutions and long-term
  • technical debt.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • · Lead technical governance by establishing and enforcing reference architectures, design standards and
  • guardrails across cloud, integration, data, security, observability and DevSecOps.
  • · Review and validate high-level and low-level designs, integration designs, data flows and solution architectures;
  • maintain architecture decision and deviation registers.
  • · Oversee integration readiness, including interface inventories, API and event contracts, middleware
  • dependencies, data-quality readiness and cutover dependencies across SAP/ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • · Define and assure non-functional requirements covering performance, availability, disaster recovery and
  • RTO/RPO, scalability, security, logging and monitoring, auditability and maintainability.
  • · Drive evidence-based technical stage gates, including design sign-off and SIT/UAT readiness.
  • · Provide technical inputs for initiative scoping and evaluations, including NFR annexures, security requirements,
  • acceptance criteria, evaluation scorecards, PoC definitions and technical due diligence of vendor proposals.
  • · Coordinate with business, IT, information-security, operations and vendor stakeholders to resolve dependencies
  • and ensure deliverables are operationally supportable through runbooks, ITSM integration and monitoring
  • dashboards.
  • · Conduct post-implementation reviews, document lessons learned, develop reusable playbooks and templates,
  • transfer knowledge and mentor team members.
  • · Prepare technical reports, dashboards and management presentations, using Power BI, Tableau or Excel where
  • appropriate.
  • Mandatory Qualification and Experience
  • · Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, solution or enterprise architecture, and multi-
  • vendor programme oversight.
  • · Experience in at least two projects involving solution-architecture design in one or more of these areas: cloud,
  • data repositories, application development or data analytics.
  • · Proven experience handling large-scale technology-transformation programmes in large organisations.
  • · Experience in technical governance, vendor management and performance assurance, including scalability,
  • resilience and compliance.
  • · Demonstrated track record of establishing and operating technical review boards or architecture-governance
  • forums and implementing stage-gate delivery assurance.
  • Required Technical Expertise
  • · Cloud architecture: landing zones, networking, security, identity, governance and FinOps.
  • · Enterprise integration: API management, event-driven integration, middleware and interface governance.
  • · Data platforms: data lakes, data warehouses, metadata, data quality, data governance, ETL and SQL.
  • · Analytics platforms involving advanced statistical or machine-learning techniques.
  • · OT/IT integrations and enterprise platforms.
  • Preferred Industry Experience
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes within oil and gas, refinery or other industrial environments
  • is preferred.

  • working across multiple vendors and technology domains, engaging senior stakeholders, and translating technical
  • risks and decisions into clear governance actions and management reporting.
