In line with our increasing business, we are looking for a Senior Consultant/ Team Leader - LNG for our energy business in SEA countries.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant/ Team Leader with strong LNG import terminal expertise and demonstrated leadership capability.

This role requires a technically strong professional who can independently lead LNG design while managing and coaching a multidisciplinary team of 8–10 engineers across various disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Instrumentation, Safety, etc.).

The candidate must combine deep technical competence, structured team leadership, stakeholder management, and a proactive drive to continuously improve engineering quality and discipline capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
• Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or MBA (Required)

Experience Requirements

• 10–12 years of Engineering / Design experience in the LNG industry
• Proven experience in LNG Import Terminal projects (Onshore / FSRU preferred)
• Experience across Feasibility, FEED project phases
• Consulting firm experience is highly preferred

Leadership & Team Handling

• Proven experience leading a multidisciplinary engineering team of 8–10 engineers
• Experience allocating tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring technical quality control
• Strong capability in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and resolve cross-disciplinary technical challenges
• Strong decision-making capability at the discipline lead level

Leadership Mindset & Growth Orientation

• Energetic, self-driven professional who actively drives project momentum
• Continuously develops and improves technical content, methodologies, and design philosophies
• Coaches and uplifts team capability through structured technical guidance

Technical Responsibilities

• Lead and developFeasibility Studies for LNG import terminals and related energy infrastructure projects
• Develop, review, and oversee the preparation of FEED documentation, ensuring alignment with project design basis, client requirements, and industry standards
• Define and establish process design philosophies, technical assumptions, and the basis of design documentation

Candidates based in Jakarta are preferred.
