Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or a related field.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and work quality.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
Preferred:
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience.
  • Experience working with banks, fintechs or other regulated financial institutions.
  • Knowledge of AML/CTF, financial services regulation and credit risk management.
  • Relevant professional certifications (or progress towards obtaining them), such as CIA, CRMA, CAMS, CFE, FRM or CFA.
Your future role

As a Senior Consultant within our practice, you will:

  • Deliver governance, risk, compliance and internal audit projects for local and international clients.
  • Assess and enhance risk management, governance and internal control frameworks.
  • Advise clients on regulatory requirements, including AML/CTF and financial services regulations.
  • Identify risks and control gaps, and provide practical recommendations.
  • Support credit risk engagements, including credit reviews, AQRs and loan portfolio assessments.
  • Prepare client-ready reports, presentations and risk assessments.
  • Manage project workstreams independently and collaborate across teams.
  • Contribute to business development and proposal activities.
