We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

This role offers a unique opportunity to translate your academic research skills into the development and optimization of our IT systems, ultimately enhancing our financial services and customer experiences in the dynamic fintech sector. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate hands-on capabilities, evidenced by contributions to open-source projects or academic work shared via GitHub.

Technical Expectations:

• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU), with strong capabilities in machine learning for transformative solutions. A solid foundation in data modeling is essential, as it underpins the development and optimization of advanced algorithms.
• Exposure and experience in delivering Agentic and generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, R ) along with a solid understanding of design patterns and both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with major cloud platforms - GCP (AWS or Azure as add-on).
• Experience with open-source frameworks like Spring, React, and Vue.js.
• Ability to rapidly set up Proof of Concept (PoC) environments using cloud and container technologies to test research ideas.
• Experience in collaborative, interdisciplinary teams and adaptability to evolving project objectives.
• Proven ability to deliver innovative solutions through academic projects or research publications.
• Experience in training and fine-tuning large language models, or developing applications related to AI Agents, is a plus.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Join our IT team, renowned for efficiency, rapid progress, and fintech expertise.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to guide the direction of products and services.
• Support DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle with a strong focus on enhancing customer experience and improving end-to-end journeys.
• Design and implement intelligent automation solutions to streamline operations and enhance process efficiency.
• Leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI and other cutting-edge technologies to transform software development, internal operations, and customer-facing services.
• Partner with top-tier universities, bridging academia and industry to develop state-of-the-art solutions for challenging problems.
• Engage in pioneering projects that redefine the banking industry, encouraging novel solutions to longstanding challenges.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (or nearing completion).
• A strong interest in and understanding of the finance industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of working effectively in diverse team environments.
• Academic research experience or publications in related fields are highly valued.
