We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

As a Senior Engineer, support the global dev team and business team to deliver the global/regional business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to independently provide on-time and high-quality deliveries
• Could do decision making, including but not limited of Workflow Design, Architecture Design, Trouble Shooting, etc.
• Could take ownership to deliver any types of development tasks with high quality
• Could understand the SDLC and follow the high standards to improve efficiency
• Could cover high quality PROD support
• Could handle high quality Unit Test, Integration Test, End to End Test and User Access Test with automation tools
• Could write down professional documents and keep them up-to-date

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications:

• Strong Java and related ecosystem is MUST
• Strong CI/CD pipeline and related tech stack is MUST (either Jenkins / Teamcity / or other related tools)
• Strong knowledge of relational Database is MUST
• Strong collaboration Skill with business team, dev team is MUST
• At least write one AI skill to target tech/business pain points is MUST
• Bachelor in science and engineering background is MUST
• 8 years working experience is MUST

• Professional English Communication is PLUS
• Strong c++ skill is PLUS
• Fully comprehension of SDLC is PLUS
• Micro-services and related ecosystem is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of Event Driven Design and Development is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of non-relational Database is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of restful API Design and Development is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of scheduled job Design and Development is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of service monitoring is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of Agile model running is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of TDD/BDD/DDD/SDD is PLUS
• Strong business knowledge of FinTech (Including trading flows and financial products) is PLUS
• Strong knowledge and practice of AI based development is PLUS
• 985/211 is PLUS
• Bachelor with Computer Science is PLUS
• Master with Electronic Engineering / Software Engineering / Data Science or related is PLUS
• Master with Financial Math / Financial Tech or related is PLUS
• 10-12 years working experience is PLUS
• 2+ years experience in FinTech company before is PLUS
