We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

Principal responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle delivery across front-end, back-end and integration layers (APIs, services, UI) for the analytics platform, from technical design through to production release.
• Design and implement scable, maintainable, and efficient software arthitecture. Ensure the solution is reviewed and approved in the required governance forums, esnure FSA alignment is reviewed and embeded in the solution design.
• Participate in hands-on coding and development activities, setting an example for the team. Oversee the debugging and resolution of technial issue.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit/integration/e2e), code quality gates, observability (logging/metrics/tracing), and support incident management to keep the platform healthy.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews and technical decision-making, contribute to architecture discussions, and work closely with Product, stakeholders, and data/ML teams to translate needs into deliverable solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains competive and innovative.

Knowledge & Experience/Qualifications

• Solid and proficient skills in public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure/Ali) and programming language (Python/Java/Go).
• Proven experience on design and implement DevOps Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) Pipeline. Experience on design and implement Kubernetes solution and relate cloud native tooling.
• Experience with Helm and at least one IaC/config tool: Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Strong communication, presentation & influencing skills, able to operate well across cultures and in multi-cultural, diverse work environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

High Level & Holistic Capabilities sought:

• Strong UI skills with React/Angular, building responsive, accessible interfaces integrated with APIs.
• Working experience in landing an AI solution / service to financial industry is a plus.
• Working experience in Risk and Analytics area is a plus.
