The SAP Agribusiness and Manufacturing Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

 

What you will do

• Lead the team of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) consultants and coordinate activities throughout the complex MTO (Make-to-order) ETO (Engineering-to-Order) environments
• Analyze and design sales processes closely linked with project management (PS - Project System), including order, quotation and delivery management
• Ensure proper configuration and integration of SAP SD and PS modules for managing project-specific sales cycles
• Coordinate communication between sales, project management and IT teams
• Align processes with market requirements and regulations, training users and team members
• Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements in sales processes and project integration
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and configuration documents for successful project delivery
• Manage complex testing, data validation and ERP solution implementation in the sales segment
• Integrate SAP SD with other modules such as PP, QM and MM for full maintenance, resource and cost control
• Play a leading role in testing, validation and implementation in the sales segment
• Prepare reports and analyses for monitoring sales KPIs and define improvement recommendations
• Train and mentor team members and key users
• Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholder to develop the To-Be business processes

What we are looking for

Requirements

• Minimum 6 (six) years of experience working with SAP SD module focusing on SAP PS collaboration
• Deep understanding of MTO (Make-to-Order) and ETO (Engineering-to-Order) sales and project processes
• SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience
• Proven experience leading teams in ERP implementations or complex projects
• Experience in configuration and optimization of sales processes for industrial and technological clients
• An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
• Experience in end-to-end SAP Implementations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a readiness of mind and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and organizational skills for leading interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in user education and stakeholder expectation management
• Strong experience in preparing test scenarios, data validation, and user training
• Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills in the English language, both internal and external
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

• Knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO,PP/DS) or Execution (eWM, TM) modules would be considered a plus
• S/4HANA certification and/or experience highly favorable
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans
• Previous experience working on large scale SAP Implementations
