As a Senior Consultant in our SAP Planning - Delivery department, you will be at the forefront of guiding clients through the implementation and optimization of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. Your expertise will empower our clients to achieve their business objectives by leveraging Response & Supply Planning strategies. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of end-to-end SAP IBP projects, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company's knowledge base.

• Lead and manage SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance to the project team, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their unique business requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional development.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in SAP IBP and industry trends, contributing to our company's knowledge repository.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP with other systems and processes.
• Document and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions, empowering client teams to utilize SAP IBP effectively.
• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities, showcasing your functional expertise and demonstrating solution capabilities.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP Response & Supply Planning, with a strong focus on SAP IBP implementation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP best practices, backed by a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Exceptional project management skills, demonstrated through the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-driven approach to project delivery.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in SAP IBP or relevant SAP modules are highly preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, continuously seeking process improvements and delivering exceptional results.
