The SAP Agribusiness and Manufacturing Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA. Our consultants work with global industry leaders to address business challenges with the latest technology to improve processes and operational excellence, enable innovation and scalability, maximize profitability, remove performance barriers, increase sustainability, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions.

 

What you will do

• Lead the team of SAP QM (Quality Management) consultants and coordinate activities throughout the entire implementation project
• Analyze and design quality processes aligned with industry standards and production/maintenance specifics
• Configurate SAP QM module to support quality tracking throughout the production chain and quality control processes
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and configuration documents to successful project delivery
• Manage complex testing, technical data validation and ERP solution implementation in the quality control segment
• Integrate SAP QM with other modules such as SD, PP and MM for full maintenance, resource and cost control
• Play a leading role in testing, validation and implementation in the quality management segment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry norms in quality control area
• Prepare reports and analyses for monitoring quality KPIs and define improvement recommendations
• Train and mentor team members and key users
• Work with business process owners, architects, and different stakeholders to develop the To-Be business processes

 What we are looking for

Requirements

• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience working with SAP QM module, ideally within manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure industries
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant or Team Lead on complex ERP implementation projects
• Deep understanding of quality control processes
• SAP Configuration, Implementation, and Support Experience
• Experience integrating SAP QM module with SD, PP and MM modules
• An understanding of SAP implementation methodologies
• Experience on end-to-end SAP Implementations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a readiness of mind and hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and organizational skills for leading interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to energy, electrification, and industrial sectors
• Strong experience in preparing test scenarios, data validation, and user training
• Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills in the English language, both internal and external
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice to have

• Knowledge and project experience in Supply Chain Planning (IBP, APO, PP/DS) or Execution (EWM, TM) modules would be considered a plus
• S/4HANA certification and/or experience is highly favorable
• Familiarity with collaboration tools and ability to prepare project plans
• Previous experience working on large-scale SAP Implementations
