Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of finance and controlling processes using the SAP platform. The role can be positioned at Senior Consultant or Junior Lead Consultant level depending on experience, and involves both functional delivery and coordination responsibilities across finance transformation projects.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of financial business processes, strong SAP FICO configuration experience, and the ability to engage with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders).
• Work with business users to gather requirements, analyze current-state processes, and define target-state solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end finance processes within SAP, ensuring integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).
• Support key project phases such as fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Prepare documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
• Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, reports, and integrations.
• Provide input on SAP best practices, data migration strategies, and change impacts.
• Support or lead workstreams depending on project scope and experience level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support projects, with full-cycle project experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial and controlling processes and how they are enabled in SAP.
• Hands-on configuration experience in key FICO areas including GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and IO.
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints between FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, HCM).
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate Financial Accounting with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Certified Application Associate Management Accounting with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA
