As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing SAP solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our SAP ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and integration. • Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, adhering to best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Enhance and optimize existing SAP systems, ensuring efficient performance and scalability.
• Support and troubleshoot SAP ABAP applications, resolving issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest ABAP technologies and trends, incorporating them into development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Document and maintain comprehensive records of SAP ABAP development activities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Participate in project planning and estimation, providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Expertise in modern ABAP technologies, including ABAP Objects, OOP concepts, and SAPUI5.
• Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and HANA Studio.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration concepts, and data modeling.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud Platform is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
