As an Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and supporting SAP technical solutions. Your expertise in ABAP development, technical architecture, and integrations will be instrumental in driving the success of our SAP projects. You will lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of SAP solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, including ABAP programs, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Architect and implement technical solutions across various SAP modules, considering performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Guide and mentor team members, providing technical expertise and best practices to enhance their skills.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of SAP technical solutions through thorough testing and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the development team.
• Document and maintain technical design and development processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong background in SAP HANA.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
• Expertise in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Web Dynpro, and SAPUI5.
• Solid understanding of SAP technical architecture, including integration concepts and tools.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration projects is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
