Performance Improvement(PI) Practice within Nordic’s Strategic Advisory Services(SAS)is responsible forhelping healthcare organizationsaddress some of their most challenging strategic, clinical,and operationalproblemsfor clients across the healthcare ecosystem.
Members within our PI project teams wear multiple hats to deliver quality work, including building insightful data analyses, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, designing use cases, and researching the latest changes impacting the healthcare industry.As such, ourSeniorConsultants are expected to
Think creatively and support the delivery of a wide range of strategic initiatives
Have strongcommunication and collaboration skills as they work closely withclient end-users, technical developers, clinical providers, and senior leadership
Demonstratequalitative and quantitative management consulting skills
Lead workstreamsand facilitate client-facing meetings
Withguidance andmentorship from project andpractice leadership, theSeniorConsultant roleprovides individuals with extensive opportunitiestogain experience across clinical, financial, patient experience, and technical solutions sought after within the healthcare industry to improve wellness and care for all.
Key responsibilities
A SeniorConsultantwithinPIwill be responsible for, but not be limited to:
Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutionsand demonstrate the value of the solution throughout the client engagement.
Collaborate with project leadership to developand maintainproject management artifactsincluding but not limited toworkplans, status reports,decision and risk logs
Create complex analytical modelsto drive unique solutions to complex healthcare problems
Developdetailed financial analysis, statistical reports, visualizations, and presentationsfor bothinternal team and client review
Facilitateclient interviews and meetings
Conduct detailedanalysesto identify specific opportunities for improvement, as well as implementation recommendations
Consistently deliver work products that are high-quality and client-ready
Contribute to practice knowledgecapital and tool development
Develop and update related work plans, issue logs, status reports, and related initiative trackers
Review and validate conducted analyses and client deliverablesbefore submission
Complete quality reviews on team member work productsbefore delivery to client personnel, validating team member findings and observations, and corroborate team member process improvement and analytic activities

Minimumrequirements
Education & Industry
Bachelor’s degree requiredin Nursing,Master’sdegree preferred
4+yearsofexperienceinthehealthcare industry(i.e. Nursing, Nursing Administration, Clinical Informatics, Allied Health,Epic implementations and optimization)
Epic Certification in Orders with preference of multiple clinical or reporting application certifications
