Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Consultant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide advanced surgical care for complex oral, facial, and maxillofacial conditions while delivering exceptional patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation, diagnosis, and surgical management of complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.
• Perform advanced oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including trauma management, facial reconstruction, dentoalveolar surgery, and corrective jaw procedures.
• Manage complex facial injuries, congenital conditions, and pathology cases requiring surgical intervention.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation and diagnostic findings.
• Collaborate with dental specialists, ENT surgeons, plastic surgeons, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide pre-operative assessment, surgical planning, and post-operative care.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain high standards of surgical practice.
• Participate in clinical improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of maxillofacial services.

Requirements

• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Extensive experience in complex oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
• Strong expertise in trauma, reconstruction, and advanced surgical techniques.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board certification, Australian Board certification, or South African Board certification are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in a reputed hospital or healthcare setting.
