Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Experience: 4+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle ASCP Consultant to join our team and deliver end-to-end supply chain planning solutions on Oracle EBS.

I. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Oracle ASCP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
• Analyze business requirements and design effective Supply Chain Planning solutions
• Configure and optimize ASCP components, including:
  • Planning parameters, collections, plans
  • Forecasting, ATP/CTP
• Design solutions across:
  • Demand & Supply Planning
  • Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
  • Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)
• Ensure seamless integration with Oracle EBS modules:
  • Inventory (INV)
  • Bill of Material (BOM)
  • Work in Process (WIP)
  • Purchasing (PO)
  • Order Management (OM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-go-live (hypercare) phases

• Lead project teams and manage task allocation
• Review solution design and key deliverables
• Mentor and develop team members
• Work closely with PMs and clients on project planning and execution

II. Requirements

Must-have

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ASCP
• Proven track record of 2+ full lifecycle ASCP implementations
• Strong understanding of:
  • Supply Chain Planning processes
  • MTO (Make-to-Order) & MTS (Make-to-Stock)
  • Forecasting & Capacity Planning
  • Experience with core Oracle EBS modules: INV, BOM, WIP, PO, OM

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in:
  • ASCP setup & data collections
  • Planning Workbench
  • Profile options & concurrent programs
• Have knowledge of:
  • SQL / PL-SQL (data analysis & troubleshooting)
  • System integration (APIs, interfaces)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication with both business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives
• Team leadership and mentoring capability

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud / Fusion
• Experience in ASCP performance tuning
