We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!

Your new job includes

As a Senior IT Consultant (m/f/d) Inbound Processes, you will support the further development of our global IT landscape in the areas of procurement and master data processes. You combine deep process expertise with strong technical implementation skills and ensure that business requirements are translated into sustainable, scalable, and modern IT solutions. In particular, you will

• provide strategic consulting to the relevant business areas and present best‑practice solutions along the inbound and P2P processes
• analyze, model, and optimize procurement and master data processes (P2P, MDM), as well as gather and assess business requirements
• design and implement technology‑agnostic IT solutions, such as SAP S/4HANA, MDM tools, eProcurement solutions, workflow engines, and API or integration platforms
• define, document, and continuously enhance global standard processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and high data qualit
• lead and manage IT implementation projects, including planning, effort estimation, risk and stakeholder management, as well as test, rollout, hypercare, and change phases
• coordinate external IT service providers and internal IT consultants from a functional perspective, and design and support system integrations

Preferred Profile

• Successfully completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience as an IT consultant or process advisor with a focus on procurement and/or master data processes
• Strong understanding of P2P workflows, supplier and material master data, data quality, and end‑to‑end process chains
• Technology‑agnostic implementation expertise in both SAP and non‑SAP system landscapes
• Experience in IT project management, ideally within agile or hybrid project environments
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, proactive working style and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
