We are growing our national Enterprise Risk and Regulatory team and are looking for talented Senior Consultants and Managers to join us in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane This is an opportunity to work at the centre of the issues reshaping financial services — helping leading banks, insurers, superannuation funds, asset managers and other major institutions strengthen risk practices, navigate regulatory change and make confident decisions in a fast-moving environment.

What will your typical day look like?

No two days will look the same. You might help redesign an enterprise risk framework, translate new regulation into a practical roadmap, support a major transformation, or explore how data, automation and AI can make risk management smarter, faster and more effective.

You will work alongside talented colleagues and client leaders to turn complexity into clear, commercially grounded action. You will analyse issues, shape recommendations, create high-quality deliverables and contribute to conversations that matter — from working sessions with delivery teams to presentations for executives and boards.

At Senior Consultant level, you will own meaningful workstreams, build trusted client relationships and support the development of junior colleagues. At Manager level, you will lead engagements and teams, shape client solutions, manage commercial outcomes and help grow our business and market presence. At both levels, you will have the autonomy, support and exposure to accelerate your career.

We are interested in meeting people who bring some or all of the following:

• Experience in risk, regulation, compliance, transformation or consulting within financial services or a regulatory environment

• Knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory interpretation, compliance obligations, governance, controls or regulatory change

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complexity into practical, well-structured advice

• Confidence building relationships and communicating with stakeholders at different levels

• A collaborative mindset, intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for trying new approaches—including using technology, data and AI

• For Senior Consultant candidates: experience owning workstreams, producing high-quality client deliverables and supporting team members

• For Manager candidates: experience leading engagements and teams, managing senior stakeholders and contributing to business development

• A relevant tertiary qualification; professional accreditation and previous experience in professional services or a frontline regulator will be valued
