Luxembourg | Permanent Contract

Help private banks, wealth managers, asset managers and fund service providers transform their business, operations and operating models.

Your Role

• Deliver business transformation projects across Wealth and Asset Management.
• Design target operating models and optimise front-to-back processes.
• Improve client onboarding, servicing and lifecycle processes.
• Support fund operations, fund dealing, reporting and control initiatives.
• Contribute to digitalisation, automation and system implementation projects.
• Lead workstreams, client interactions and project teams according to your experience.

Your Profile

• You have experience in management consulting, transformation or project delivery.
• You understand Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or fund servicing.
• You are familiar with front-to-back processes, fund operations or operating models.
• Exposure to TA, FA, NAV, custody or market platforms is an asset.
• You can work effectively across Business, Operations and Technology teams.
• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset.
