As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
⢠Deliver digital and technologyâenabled transformation initiatives.
⢠Support IT strategy, governance and delivery setâups.
⢠Translate business needs into structured requirements.
⢠Support data, reporting and steering initiatives.
⢠Support operating model and sourcing reflections.
⢠With increasing responsibility over time, take ownership of workstreams, client interactions and team coordination.
đĄ Your Profile
Youâre the right fit if you:
⢠Hold a Masterâs degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics, Engineering or similar).
⢠Have proven experience in Consulting, Business Analysis or Project Management within financial services.
⢠Are comfortable bridging business and technology topics.
⢠Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
⢠Have strong structuring and communication skills with a pragmatic mindset.
