🔍 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will contribute to and lead high-impact finance transformation projects, from strategy to execution:
• Deliver end-to-end finance transformation programmes, supporting CFO organizations in defining and implementing their transformation roadmap.
• Drive finance excellence and performance management initiatives, including the design of KPI frameworks, management reporting, as well as budgeting, forecasting and consolidation processes.
• Optimize and digitalize core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R), improving operational efficiency, data quality, governance, and control frameworks.
• Design and implement target operating models (incl. Shared Services, Centres of Excellence and Global Business Services), to enhance scalability and standardization of finance activities.
• Support the selection and deployment of finance technologies (ERP Cloud, EPM solutions, ESG reporting tools, e-invoicing platforms, data & AI use cases).
• Manage project workstreams and client interactions, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder alignment and tangible business outcomes.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth by supporting proposals, developing client relationships and coaching junior team members.
💡 Your Profile
You’re the right fit if you:
• Hold a Master’s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field).
• Bring relevant experience in Consulting and/or Finance Transformation, with exposure to topics such as finance processes, performance management, or operating model design across industries.
• Demonstrate solid experience in Project delivery, Business Analysis or Project Management, ideally within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, with the ability to structure discussions, challenge assumptions and communicate with clarity.
• Combine strong analytical capabilities with a structured, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Show a genuine interest in finance transformation topics and digital finance solutions (ERP, EPM, data, ESG, automation).
• Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
