As a Senior Consultant / Manager, you will:
⢠Deliver capital markets and securities transformation initiatives.
⢠Support issuance, settlement, custody, asset servicing and lifecycle events.
⢠Drive operational excellence and process optimisation programs.
⢠Support system implementation and migration initiatives.
⢠Deliver regulatoryâdriven workstreams impacting market activities.
⢠Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations and IT.
⢠Prepare highâquality steering materials for senior stakeholders.
đĄ Your Profile
Youâre the right fit if you:
⢠Hold a Masterâs degree (ideally in Finance, Banking, Economics or similar).
⢠Have strong experience in capital markets and securities topics.
⢠Understand frontâtoâback processes in regulated environments.
⢠Are comfortable with implementation and delivery topics.
⢠Have a good knowledge of Luxembourgâs legal and regulatory framework (e.g. CSSF circulars, UCITS guidelines) as well as of the international regulatory environment (e.g. ESMA guidelines).
⢠Are fluent in French and English (German is an asset).
