This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain general ledger activity for management companies, general partners, and related entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Record and reconcile revenue streams, including management fees, incentive fees, carried interest allocations, and fund reimbursements.
  • Manage accounts payable, expense accruals, prepaid schedules, amortizations, and intercompany transactions.
  • Conduct variance analyses and provide financial insights to leadership and department heads.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal planning processes.
  • Maintain cash flow schedules, monitor liquidity, and assist with treasury functions.
  • Track and allocate shared expenses across funds and management entities.
  • Assist with annual audits and financial reviews, preparing required supporting documentation (if required).
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with tax advisors to support preparation of corporate, partnership, and state filings.
  • Maintain strong documentation and adherence to governance procedures.
  • Support capital activity for general partner and co‑investment entities.
  • Track GP commitments, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Maintain partner capital accounts and related allocation schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Participate in accounting system upgrades or process automation initiatives.
  • Improve documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within fund management, asset management, private equity, real estate, or public accounting.
  • Familiarity with partnership accounting, management company structures, or fund operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting/ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standards
