T&L: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and architecting global transportation networks, directly influencing supply chain resilience, cost-efficiency, and carbon footprint reduction while shaping the future of digital supply chain innovation.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead and govern complex, global supply chain and logistics projects from initial diagnostic and network analysis to final digital implementation.
  • Architect and optimize international transportation networks to maximize efficiencies in lead times, costs, and sustainability.
  • Design comprehensive tender frameworks and lead high-level negotiations for strategic, long-term logistics partnerships.
  • Transform raw operational data into advanced data visualizations, actionable strategies, and network simulations for C-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with global tier-1 customers to deeply understand their long-term vision, aligning our consulting service portfolio with their strategic growth goals.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience in supply chain and logistics consulting or a comparable strategic corporate role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, international logistics projects and global supply chain networks.
  • Full professional fluency in both German and English, with proven experience negotiating and presenting at the C-level.

Bonus Points For:

  • Deep knowledge of emerging supply chain technologies, such as visibility platforms, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation tools.
  • Experience establishing professional Project Management Office (PMO) structures in complex, multi-modal logistics environment
