Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Lending implementations, ideally with CML and/or CMS.
• Strong understanding of banking lending processes and related functional integrations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with experience working directly with stakeholders in project environments.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA Lending solutions, particularly in Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and Collateral Management (CMS)
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into functional solution designs.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate with customer stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Support integration activities across lending-related systems and processes.
• Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and SAP solution innovations.
