
JOB PROFILE SUMMARY
Help support Cincinnati Children's vision to be a global leader in improving child health; to develop new services to support strategic goals and develop relationships with providers; patients; and institutions to extend the medical center's influence. Lead new product and service development efforts from concept to operations as well as cultivate; develop and maintain strategic vision and relationships.
Requires specialized depth or breadth of expertise in a particular discipline, including breadth of knowledge in related job areas. Leads cross functional projects. Interprets and addresses business challenges and develops best practices. Works on the highest‑value problems by systematically discovering unmet needs and defining value in terms of outcomes. May lead the work of others. Requires keen ability to build and maintain relationships amongst partners.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field
7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
Preferred: Experience working in Learning Health Network Systems
Preferred: Experience leading quality improvement initiatives OR equivalent experience
Some travel will be required for this position.
